January 14th, 2026 | 10:00 AM PT
As your business grows, your employee benefits strategy plays a critical role in attracting talent, managing costs, and setting your company up for long-term sustainability. But many founders don’t realize just how much they're leaving on the table by not revisiting their HR and benefits setup as they scale.
The Nasdaq Center is proud to partner with KPMG for a session with Ryan McDonald, Partner for Global Rewards Services and Health & Welfare Leader, and Ethan Dellhime, Managing Director for Global Rewards Services and Health & Welfare, on how to make smarter, more cost-effective decisions about employee benefits—without sacrificing care or experience. Whether you’re currently using a PEO or managing your own plan in-house, this session will help you understand when and how to evolve your approach as your team expands.
What You’ll Learn:
- When it’s time to move beyond a PEO—and how much you could be saving.
- How to structure benefit offerings like fertility coverage, wellness programs, executive health, and pet insurance to meet employee needs and business goals.
- What KPMG’s Health & Welfare team offers—from brokerage services and wellness program design to strategic cost-reduction initiatives.
