What if success in entrepreneurship wasn’t measured only by valuation or exit—but by the impact you create along the way? Today’s founders are increasingly navigating a new reality where building a meaningful company means aligning ambition with purpose, and growth with contribution.

The Nasdaq Center is honored to be joined by Arun Gupta— venture capitalist, Stanford University lecturer, CEO of the NobleReach Foundation, and co-author of the upcoming book The Mission Generation: Rewrite Success, Reclaim Your Purpose, Rebuild Our Future. We'll explore how entrepreneurs can redefine success by aligning their skills, values, and ventures with problems larger than themselves—creating companies that generate both economic and societal value. Drawing from real-world stories across sectors, they’ll share frameworks founders can use to build businesses that scale impact while sustaining long-term growth.

Key Takeaways:

  • Discover Compass Capital—six forms of capital that together form a founder’s true competitive advantage.
  • Learn about the Four Forms of Resistance and practical strategies for navigating obstacles that often block purpose-driven ventures.
  • Explore the Mission Flywheel, a model for transforming values into strategic action and long-term impact.
