7.2.2026 - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND LAUNCH FOR SMBs with Tracey Memoli-1

Join us for a hands-on session designed to help you move from planning to execution and launch with greater confidence and clarity with Tracy Rassin!

July 2nd, 2026 | 12:00 PM PT

Founders preparing to launch products must make critical decisions about what to build, who to build it for, and how to bring it to market—often while balancing limited time, resources, and feedback. Learning directly from founders who have already navigated these decisions can be valuable, providing practical insights that go beyond theory into real-world execution.

The Nasdaq Center is excited to be joined by Tracy Rassin— Founder at The Collab Lab and FrutaPOP and Milestone Circles Graduate and Mentor— will share her experience developing and launching products, offering actionable insights on what worked, what she would do differently, and what founders should focus on most during the product launch journey.

Then, participants will move into facilitated breakout discussions to work through structured prompts, receive feedback from fellow founders, and apply key concepts directly to your own business. This is more than a webinar—it's a working session designed to help you leave with greater clarity, stronger ideas, and meaningful connections.

Format: 15-minute founder story followed by 30-minute breakout sessions to apply key lessons through guided discussion and peer feedback.

Tracy Rassin

Tracy Rassin is a CPG category creator, 3x founder, and entrepreneur with one successful exit. She is the founder of The Collab Lab, an innovation studio helping brands and visionary founders take products from concept to launch across product development, package design to branded activations, collaborations, and go-to-market strategy.

Previously, Tracy co-founded FrutaPOP, pioneering a new RTD category with low-alcohol ice pops made free of added sugars, syrups, or artificial ingredients and made with well-known branded, premium ingredients and in the process, reinvented the ice pop, a product that hasn’t seen an innovation in the last 70 years.

Tracy also co-founded a manufacturing and flexible packaging facility, producing private label CPG products and has produced more than 30 million ice pops, supporting both emerging and global brands. She has since sold that business and is now focused on helping other brands and entrepreneurs bring their products to life.

With 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically CPG and beverage combined with 15 years in PR and marketing, Tracy focuses on collaboration-driven innovation.
