Ken Daigle
Ken Daigle is a speaker, executive communication coach, and author who helps leaders communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. Blending expertise in leadership, storytelling, psychology, and performance, he equips executives to inspire action, build trust, and lead with authenticity.
For more than a decade, Ken served as a guest lecturer and leadership communication coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he coached MBA students and senior executives in executive presence, storytelling, and high-stakes communication. He has worked with leaders across technology, finance, healthcare, education, nonprofit organizations, and global leadership networks, including Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Ken is the Senior Minister of Unity San Francisco and the author of Unapologetic Manifestation: Five Steps to Create the Life You Want. His work bridges practical leadership with insights from neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral science, helping leaders create lasting impact through the power of authentic communication.
