Join us for a collaborative working session designed to turn strong delivery into visible customer value—and customer value into lasting B2B growth with Yemi Oluseun!

Winning a B2B customer is only the beginning. What happens after the sale can determine whether that relationship becomes a one-time transaction or a long-term source of repeat business, referrals, expansion, and predictable revenue. Yet many founders invest heavily in customer acquisition without putting the same intention into designing the experience that follows.
The Nasdaq Center is excited to welcome back Yemi Oluseun, Founder of The Change Hive, for an interactive working session on building a Service Delivery Roadmap—a repeatable path for moving customers from initial commitment to measurable outcomes through clearly defined milestones, responsibilities, and review points. Designed primarily for B2B service-based businesses, with applications for product-based founders managing retailer, distributor, enterprise, or other B2B relationships, this session will help you identify where customers and revenue may be leaking across the post-sale journey and create a more intentional approach to delivering and demonstrating value.
Together, we’ll explore how to break larger customer promises into smaller, visible wins that sustain engagement and make progress easier for customers to recognize. You’ll also learn how to use meaningful milestones to ask three powerful questions—What changed? What’s next? Who else?—turning customer progress into opportunities for stronger reviews, repeat business, expansion, and referrals without making the relationship feel overly sales-led.
Bring one active, typical, or dormant customer relationship to the session. Through guided exercises and collaboration with fellow founders, you’ll begin applying the framework directly to your business and leave with the first draft of a Service Delivery Roadmap you can put into action immediately.
Key Takeaways:
- Map your post-sale customer journey to uncover where engagement, customer value, and potential revenue may be lost.
- Break larger promises into clear, measurable wins that demonstrate progress and keep B2B customers engaged.
- Use milestone conversations to naturally uncover next steps, repeat business, reviews, referrals, and opportunities to deepen valuable customer relationships.
- Develop a practical approach to restarting inactive relationships by creating a useful first win and rebuilding momentum.
- Leave with clear priorities and the first draft of a repeatable post-sale framework designed to strengthen customer relationships and support more predictable revenue.
