For high-growth startups, the biggest enterprise opportunities are rarely won through product demos alone—they're won through trusted executive relationships. While many founders focus on building pipeline, the companies that become category leaders know how to build influence where strategic decisions are actually made: between executives.
The Nasdaq Center is excited to be joined by Sarah Moody, Founder and CEO, for a strategic session on how to build and optimize your executive customer relationships. Having cultivated more than 1,000 CEO and C-suite relationships and helped unlock over $2 billion in revenue, Sarah will share the strategies that definitively drive enterprise growth at the world's leading technology companies.
In this session, you'll gain an inside look at how executive relationships influence enterprise sales, customer expansion, and category leadership. Sarah will reveal where even the largest technology companies continue to fall short—and how startups can build these capabilities earlier to create a lasting competitive advantage. You'll also leave with a practical framework for identifying executive champions, earning meaningful conversations, and turning those relationships into long-term business value.
Key Takeaways:
- Learn why a small number of executive relationships often drive the majority of enterprise revenue—and how to prioritize them strategically.
- Understand the role of executive sponsor programs, advisory boards, executive briefings, communities, and other engagement strategies—and when to use each one.
- Explore new benchmark data that reveals where even the world's largest technology companies struggle with executive engagement, creating opportunities for startups to differentiate.
- Discover how to build a compelling executive transformation story that gives your sales organization greater confidence and credibility in C-suite conversations.
- Walk away with a practical, three-step process for identifying executive stakeholders, earning trusted conversations, and developing relationships that create long-term revenue opportunities.

Sarah Moody puts leaders on their customers' boardroom agenda. Over two decades as a fractional executive marketer and strategic advisor, she has built company-wide Executive Customer Engagement platforms for iconic brands including Google Cloud, Palo Alto Networks, and Splunk/Cisco, accelerating billions of dollars in pipeline and sparking boardroom conversations that changed company trajectories. She has worked with more than 1,000 CEOs, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, CISO’s, and CIO’s across tech and the Global 2000 to unlock over $2B in revenue.
In 2025 she co-founded the Society of Executive Engagement Leaders (SEEL) to define the global standard for Executive Engagement as a lever to drive revenue, not a marketing or events function. Founding members are from innovative tech leaders including Salesforce, Zscaler, and Rubrik. SEEL's first act was the 2026 Global Executive Engagement Benchmark Survey, the first study of its kind, capturing how 22 leaders at the world's top technology companies actually run this function to drive revenue and category leadership.
Sarah hosts the Rock Your Brain. Rock Your Life. podcast and authored the book of the same name. Born in Bath, England and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, she lives in San Francisco with her pup, Bob Marley.
